Funding Process (How it works)

Unlike a majority of our competitors, we do not charge any up-front fees to review or submit your project. However, that does not mean you will get a project funded without having to pay fees. 

Our approach is fundamentally different. Our fiduciary obligation is to you, the borrower. Since we are not limited by our affiliation with any one source, we are able to present your project to a broad spectrum of potential capital sources and secure the best terms and pricing that the market can offer. However, most sources will require a commitment from you when they have issued  a letter of interest or term sheet. Any fees or charges will be fully disclosed. We will let you know the ‘likely’ fees as we know them.

Please do not waste your time or ours if you cannot or will not meet fees required to fund your project.

We only accept projects that we feel confident we can get funded!

We ask that you provide complete and accurate information on all of your application and supporting documentation. Any missing information or misrepresentations only slow down the process.
As a reminder and for purpose of clarity, this is not an investment opportunity with BEI Financial Group. Should you meet our qualifications, you will be ideally matched with a financial institution that has agreed to accept your application for funding.    

We are compensated only when you are funded, so it is our primary objective to work with you in a spirit of cooperation and direct communication. We remain very much involved in the transaction, sharing the burden of collecting and processing information, coordinating third party reports and driving towards a smooth and successful close.
